Positive Affirmations: Positivity, Parenting & Progress

I have to say, doing this post makes me feel so happy inside.

Each week, I create this type of piece for my blog I write for on Medium.com. I try to create humorous and relatable positive affirmations. I want to remind you that not everything you're stressing about is singled out for you and you’re not alone.





I have fallen in love with doing this piece each week. It seems to connect with many other individuals on that platform so, every once in a while, I like to bring that here to my website! I hope you enjoy.


Let’s Get Started!

  1. Make every day… a day to remember.

  2. Find that positives in every situation.

  3. You are not alone. Every situation you have gone through has been encountered by someone else at some point. You will get through it.

  4. You’re an amazing human being who is capable of amazing things!

  5. Keep your head up — Better days are coming.

  6. Don’t ever question your worth!

  7. Remember that you need time to rest — Sometimes things that need done can wait until tomorrow.

  8. Make your bed in the morning, sometimes starting the day with something already accomplished can help you push forward through the remainder of the day.

  9. Have a conversation with your little ones — you’d be amazed at some of the things your little ones are thinking.

  10. Try to smile through the hard times. This too shall pass.



Ah, now don’t you feel better?

Lord knows I sure do! It’s nice to see the things we already know placed in black and white by a complete stranger, isn’t it? It just makes you feel alive.


We’re all dealing with different things, we all worry about the future, and we all want to be seen as someone who’s got their crap together. However, we’re all just winging it over here.
