Pajamas for Little Ones

As a parent, we all know that our littles grow through clothing at a maximum level. You'll buy and outfit one day and run out the following week to replace it. For some of us, it seems like a never-ending cycle. Well, I'm happy to announce that one day, the cycle will end.

One day you'll wake up and realize that your child has been wearing the same 5T outfit for at least 6 months and you'll start feeling bad for not going out to purchase new outfits.

I know, life is a bit crazy sometimes.

When we're in the never-ending cycle of new clothing, we can get a bit overwhelmed with cost. Sure, many of us go through the process of hand-me-downs, shopping at thrift stores to get clothes for cheaper prices or make our own to avoid our wallets being emptied. Then there are those of us that would like our children to have clothing we are super excited about that was not owned by someone else first.

But what about pajamas? Does it really matter where the clothing came from or if someone had it first? I mean... They're just going to be sleeping and eating their breakfast in them, right? Well, I wouldn't enjoy wearing outfits that another woman slept or did unspeakable things in... I have to assume our kids wouldn't either.

With that thought process, all of the pajamas that we've gotten for the kids have been handmade (by my sister-in-law) or purchased from an online or brick and mortar establishment.

One of my favorite locations for these purchases would be Amazon. Anyone who has been on my site before knows that Amazon is my go-to location for the things I want or need. If I'm not in a pinch and need the items immediately, of course.

One would think that spending more than three dollars per item may be breaking the bank a bit.. especially for our children to grow out of the outfits within a week or two. However, we can all agree that paying a bit more for the peace of mind that our children are sleeping in an outfit that has not yet been peed in is worth it to an extent.

Let's be honest, our children aren't going to look back and compare their life that they grew up with to the type of pajamas we put them in. That's going a bit overboard. However, even if they don't notice the time we took or though we put into the little things... we will remember. And taking the time to put thought into the little things will make it easier for put time and effort into the big things as well.

If you're also looking for outfits outside of Pajamas for your littles, I have put together a couple of my favorite outfit items for girls and boys that I have found on Benable.com!

We're all trying to do right by our children, get through this crazy thing called life and be happy with our decisions - Whatever the decisions you make, remember that your decision was one that you felt would be the best for you and your family!

Come back next Tuesday for more item/purchase suggestions!
