Keeping Positivity
It sounds like a simple question, but here lately I have found myself asking myself that question a time or two.

So, how does one stay optimistic? Even when things aren’t going as planned, how do you keep from thinking the worst?
I have a couple of things I have found that assist me with this question:
Remember what you have: Sometimes, taking in all that you have can keep you from feeling sorry for yourself. Your family, your job, your home, the food in your kitchen…. maybe even your dildo. (I dono your life.)
See the bigger picture: If you’re struggling with something, whether it is your financial situation, a divorce, or just your anxiety. Take a deep breath and set your sights on what the future holds. Is what you're dealing with going to be over soon? Do you see a light at the end of the tunnel? Will your life be better for it once you’ve gotten through this problem?
Eat Ice Cream: I don’t know about you… but in my world, ice cream makes everything better. Grab you a tub of Ben and Jerry’s and find a good movie. It may not resolve the problem… but it will make you feel a bit better.
Even better!!!! Make your own Ice Cream to eat with this Nostalgia Electric Ice Cream Maker! I bet it would taste better.
My methods are not scientific, and just because they work for me does not mean they will work for you. It’s worth a try though.
If you do try them, and they do not work. My last suggestion is a bit more common. Write down the issue you’re in inside of a circle on a sheet of paper. Then, in smaller circles around the problem, write out what you think could help resolve the problem. Next, weigh the pros and cons of each possible resolution.
The answers are out there.
The key is finding out where they’re hiding. Now see, this is fun. You’re a modern-day Sherlock Holmes.
Hope it helps.
