How to Keep Writing: Writing Prompts

You would think that we would run out of steam eventually, the ones who write on a daily basis. You would think we would not have much to say after years of publishing things.
However, the world is full of content to write about.
Some of us write about a specific thing (called a niche)… some of us write about what we enjoy or our lives… Some of us write full stories by chapter.
Regardless of what we choose to write about, we have an unlimited supply of inspiration.
Take this article for instance — I am writing about continuing to write.
I am no stranger to what they call “writers block”. I fall into slumps of time where I have nothing to type onto my computer. On those days — I go searching. Searching for inspiration from work by other writers, writing prompts presented on the world wide web… or just by talking with someone in my home.
If you run into trouble quite a bit when it comes to writing — Here are 10 writing prompts I keep tucked away in a journal in a pinch.

Writing sounds so simple and straight forward. However, it can be a bit harder than one would think. Sometimes, prompts can spark some new inspiration for some new work.
In fact, I have gotten inspiration for poetry work from writing prompts I’ve found. It amazes me the impact words can have on us. (Not just in the writing aspect… but in all areas of life).
