Being Thankful for What We Have: What I'm Thankful For
This time of year is all about being thankful for who you are and what you have. We tend to forget to appreciate all of the things we have and have accomplished.

In celebration of Thanksgiving — I’d like to share with you all what I am thankful for….
My family: My husband Derrek, our children, my parents and my brothers. They are my motivations for life.
My 9–5 job: Although I dislike keeping a standard 9–5 job. This job is what keeps our income to where we can financially support ourselves.
Medium.com: This site is what keeps my positivity up and allows me to relax. Writing frees my mind and keeps me grounded.
My side work: My books, my journals, my website mommoments.info and my YouTube Channel Mom Moments with Kayla. These things allow me to be 100% myself and earn me a little additional income.
Our Home: It may not be perfect, but it keeps us warm and allows us to have somewhere to go at the end of the day.
Our Car: It’s got a big crack in the windshield, and it makes funny noises…. but it gets us from A to B.
We all have so many things to be thankful for.
The fact that we have running water, a warm bed, a car that runs…. everything may not be sunshine and rainbows every minute of every day, but we have the ones we love and the things we need to live.
Remember that there are some people who do not have these things. Be kind to everyone you meet. You never know what they may be going through.
Also, if you can…. share what you have with others.
